Instructor Training

What is a CTRI?
According to PATH Intl.:
The Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor (CTRI) is a voluntary, entry-level credential for individuals in the equine-assisted services (EAS) field. CTRIs provide mounted or unmounted instruction of therapeutic value to individuals with disabilities. Candidates must demonstrate knowledge of disabilities, equines, teaching techniques, and human-animal interaction. The CTRI certification is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA).
